Global Family Outreach Ministry Monthly Newsletter…
Greetings in the name of Jesus,
I pray this monthly ministry newsletter finds you well. We here are being preserved for the Lord’s will and work and for that, we are very grateful. We are equally grateful for those of you who pray for us and especially for those that have decided to help financially to see many families, children and poor here in the Philippines blessed.
April was a very difficult month and very challenging to us personally. My(Pastor Paul) wallet with 1000 Philippine Pesos, many ID cards including drivers License, my cell phone from the USA, digital camera and MP3 player(also from the USA) were all stolen our of our apartment. A week after that occurred, I was bitten on the hand by a dog. Blood came out and I was concerned for Rabies but praise The Lord, other than broken skin from the dog bite and loss of some blood, there were no further medical complications. We do not have the money at present to replace any of the stolen items. We have contacted the police here but these sort of crimes occur very often here so the police are very busy.
Despite the issues I previously shared, by faith we decided to open a poor family feeding program here in Taguig three times per week. We have not been able to find as many street children in Marikina since we moved to Taguig so we are not continuing that program. Instead, we are continuing to focus on our GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding program at the Marikina DSWD “children’s lock-up”. We see some of the street children that we used to feed on the streets, there at the “lock-up.” We certainly do what we can with the limited financial support we receive. I really wish we could do more but, again, we are limited by the financial support we receive. I believe we are very good stewards of the financial contributions to the ministry. This I can say because of the good “fruit” we see in people’s lives and the growth they have in Jesus.
By God’s loving grace and mercy, we push forward despite many adversities here. We wish to continue serving the Lord and appreciate every prayer said for us here also. God has a special purpose for this ministry and are making as big of an impact as possible on people’s lives and pray you will continue to help us in that goal.
If you have not yet made a donation to help, I would ask if there was ever a time we needed your help-now would be the time. If you are faithfully already giving, thank you once again for your love, support and prayers. Our biggest need right now are for our general and personal financial needs. No amount given is to small. Whatever you decide to give at this time to give, I am quite sure the Lord will indeed bless you.
To make a donation on-line, please make that financial donation at… http://www.beaheronow.net/donate.html
With much love and gratitude,
