November 2025 Global Family Outreach Ministry Monthly Newsletter

Praise the Lord, may this newsletter be an encouragement to you today!

I am very blessed and pleased to present to you this month’s newsletter and activity report for Global Family Outreach Ministry.

Eight days ago, Jorlyn left for the Philippines to visit our Poor Children’s Feeding Programs and look for three more areas to add and, entirely by faith, new feeding programs as well. I have been in daily contact with her and she has been very busy taking care of ministry business. As a matter of fact, today, November 30th, she was invited to give her Christian and salvation testimony located at the head church that we partner with for 6 of our feeding programs based in Negros Island. In December, she will continue to visit our other feeding programs in other areas of the Philippines, and fly to other destinations as well to look for God’s direction where to plant more feeding programs. Again, this is all entirely by faith and we appreciate everyone’s active support and prayers so that God may be glorified.

In next month’s newsletter I will most likely post a photo from one of the areas where Christmas toys will be distributed during December, but for this month and like in previous months, I will post a photo and information from one of the children from our Poor Children’s Feeding Programs, and that would be, Kourt Guirit who is pictured at the top of the newsletter. Below is a report from his teacher, Ma’am Grace located at our Bohol Island GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program:

“Kourt is a 12-year-old boy [who] has a boisterous energy [which] is often translated into accident[s] and sometimes teasing and class disruption. [In the past] he was the Saturday class bully, maybe out of a restless need to be the center of attention.

[I] their teacher, persistently prayed for [my] students and attempted different approaches, weaving stories and parables into the lessons, hoping to capture their attention because most of the students are like Kourt, but there is something in Kourt, A change [now] and an improvement was observed. Though the change was not immediate or dramatic, it was a gradual process. He still ha[s] moments of restlessness, but they [are] fewer and further between. He started listening more attentively in class, participating in discussions. He learned to channel his boundless energy into positive actions.

The Bible stories once a backdrop to his disruptive behavior, became a guide, shaping his understanding of compassion, empathy, and responsibility. The restless boy who once disrupted the class now found purpose and peace within its lessons, proving that even the most boisterous heart can find solace and transformation in the quiet wisdom of faith.”

Praise the Lord for changed hearts and minds through and for Christ Jesus. In the past, I myself was a full-time missionary in the Philippines on two separate occasions. I started the very first GFOM poor children’s feeding program in 2008. I’ll share with you, most children that attend these programs are sent by their parents or other relatives for no other reason, but to receive a free meal, but as the parents or those relatives who send their kids eventually find out, their children are changed through the teacher’s words and the prodding of the Holy Spirit. Before long, many children became little evangelists, sharing the Gospel with their family and friends. That, to me, is a miracle and Jesus deserves all glory as you who donate monthly, also deserve much gratitude and thanks!

Your donations not only help with physical food, but spiritual as well. Please continue giving, or if you have never, or perhaps not yet donated, would you please prayerfully give each month to help? Because we will be planting 3 new feeding programs, our new monthly financial goal is now $830 each month.

Lastly, I would just like to take a minute to remind you as well that Global Family Outreach Ministry is much more than Poor Children’s Feeding Programs. I am a licensed Christian therapist and provide counseling for individuals and families. We also have a church planting ministry, evangelism and also human and sex trafficking rescue mission. We provide all this under GFOM. If ever you or your church has a need in these areas, or would like to invite Jorlyn and I to speak at your church regarding GFOM and what we provide, please feel free to contact me so that we can prayerfully be a blessing to you or your church as well.

If you choose to mail us a check or money order for the ministry, please always use the P.O. Box address listed on the website, never to our home. Sending a check to our home is not a guarantee that we will receive it.
