Thank you so very much ?

Once again, we had another fruitful month raising financial support for the poor children. Thank you to all who donated. We actually surpassed our financial goal! Those funds will hopefully not be needed for any future financial shortfalls, but instead, will be entirely be used to feed the children so we can use the money to open our 10th GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program by year’s end. It is actually my prayer that we can open the tenth program before December. If you are wondering what it takes to open a feeding program, it actually takes a lot of work and funding. Please allow me to explain, the first item we choose to do is hold an evangelistic outreach in an area. Usually that area is a remote barangay (town). We send a pastor and his team of church workers to share and evangelize Biblical Jesus with those whom he has gathered to hear him preach salvation through Jesus Christ. After the preaching we give out a snack and refreshment while the pastor makes a list of those children, their address and contact information for attending the new feeding program. We then purchase cooking utensils like pots, pans, etc. We also pay for a Global Family Outreach Ministry Feeding Program banner so the adults and children always know where the feeding program is being held. So, as you can see, that is our initial work and costs just to get started.

On to the part of the newsletter that many of you enjoy and have lovingly responded to, please allow me to introduce to you, Jun. His teacher informed me that Jun is “Not shy. He likes to participate in all the Bible questions and activities. He has always been happy when attending the feeding program, but always is eager to learn more and more about Jesus. Whenever I ask for hands to raise to answer my questions to the students, Jun is almost the first one [to raise his hand]. He tells me that he is sharing his Bible lessons that he learned with his classmates and his family.” As I often share with you and also another blessed reminder, our GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding programs help the children grow spiritually as well as physically. Thank God for you and everyone who gives to help these poor kids. As I look around this world with so many, and seemingly increasing tragedies as well as moral failings around the world, it is a blessing to me, and hopefully to you also that all 360 kids like Jun are increasing in their knowledge and faith in and through Jeus Christ. They are each in their own way, evangelists for the faith. Praise the Lord, and thank you again!

Lastly, I’d like to ask, if you choose to mail us a check or money order for the ministry, please always use the P.O. Box address listed on the website, never to our home. Sending a check to our home is not a guarantee that we will receive it. Also, and again, Jorlyn and I continue to pray that at some point during 2025, we can open our 10th feeding program. Would you please also pray about that with us? We both would appreciate any and all prayers for these beautiful kids, the teachers and also other volunteers who help.

Please make all donations at these two links, GLOBAL FAMILY OUTREACH MINISTRY, INC. — Evangelism, Healing, Feeding Centers, Sponsor A Child (gfom.org) OR
 …https://beaheronow.net/donate.html

God bless you!
