September 2026 Global Family Outreach Ministry Monthly Newsletter

Greetings to you and God bless you in this new month ahead!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jorlyn would like to take time for this month\u2019s Global Family Outreach Ministry newsletter to inform you of some important updates as the Lord through the Holy Spirit leads us. First, we know there are changes coming to not only GFOM, but the world in which we live. Jorlyn and I recognize all the things occurring around the world. We are both in our mid-60\u2019s so we\u2019ve seen a lot of changes over the decades and what we gather from the Bible, specifically in 2 Timothy 3, is that Jesus\u2019 return for His people is closer than ever. How is this important for us, we recognize also that we need to press harder each and everyday to see more folks around the world saved through Biblical Jesus Christ. I am aware that I have shared some of this same urgency in past newsletters, but as I was taught as a child many years ago, \u201cSay what you mean, and mean what you say.\u201d I guess God made me in such a way that I\u2019m a, to the point kind of person. Some love my preaching messages because of that kind of, \u201cto the point\u201d messaging. Some actually tell me they want to hear more , but I\u2019ll always be upfront and to the point with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking of, \u201cto the point\u201d, great news that all eleven of our GFOM Poor Children\u2019s Feeding Programs in the Philippines and Cambodia are operational. In fact, on Negros Island, Philippines, where we have 7 feeding programs spread out across a metropolitan area, there are so many children and families now saved through Christ, there are additional and new churches being started and pioneered from the head church! Praise the Lord. The picture of the preacher and church you see in the photo above is one of those same new churches. The pastor in the Photo is Rev. John James who also hosts and teaches at two of the GFOM Poor Children\u2019s Feeding Programs. When the people who see God\u2019s hand of change and provision, they leave their empty religious beliefs, and instead, turn to Christ as Lord and Savior. That is exactly what your partnership with GFOM is doing. You are actually co-laboring with us and local pastors to see the Kingdom of God expand. Praise the Lord and thank you!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know last month I shared with you about having Christmas parties at all 11 programs. Praise the Lord, thus far, two kind folks have donated, but we definitely will need more by the end of November. Why the end of November you may ask? Traditionally the Philippine Peso rate to U.S Dollar lowers beginning the beginning of December. Most banks in the Philippines manipulate the rate so to make more money off of the influx of American Dollars being sent in to relatives for Christmas gifts. This is nothing new and I have seen this since 1997. Whatever does get sent for the Christmas parties, I\u2019ll be sure to share some photos with you most likely in our January newsletter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me share with you please about 2027, next year. Both Jorlyn and I have no idea what may be coming but as I mentioned already, we are being proactive in seeing children and adults saved through Christ. It is my earnest hope and prayers that we can add 3 more GFOM Poor Children\u2019s Feeding Programs throughout the year. At this point, it\u2019s entirely, and all by faith in Christ that He and His people will provide and make a way. Once again, changes may come that are out of our control in regards to how, or when, but that is our hope and prayer. We have many personal challenges ourselves that need to be overcome, but like our faith that we will soon be in foreign lands to preach the Gospel as full-time evangelists, we know that God is able. Again, it is all by faith. Your prayers and help through financial donations are all appreciated.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As also mentioned last month, our monthly newsletter venue in the past and on social media, once per month we have begun to send out a prayer request list. I hope that if you have provided your email address, you have received both our monthly newsletter, as well as our prayer request list. Prayers are very important especially in the world we live in today. Amen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As always, Jorlyn and I continually pray the Lord of The Harvest will bless you greatly as well as use you as well to help these kids continue to learn about God and the love of Jesus Christ.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
