December 2023 Global Family Outreach Ministry Monthly Newsletter
Greetings to you, dear family member of Global Family Outreach Ministry. Happy New Year!
Welcome 2024 and before we begin our new year with the ministry, we have unfinished business yet. That business only being our monthly report for you đ
What a wonderful year it was with adding our new and 8th GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Program which of course includes the now, more than 330 poor children that we feed both the word of God, and physical food as well. THANK YOU to you if you donated any love gifts during 2023. You are our partner in this important ministry. Jorlyn and I appreciate you and I know that the children have sent us photos and video messages that they are thankful for your love for them. If you havenât already, please think about how you have touched not only their lives for Christ Jesus, but thousands and thousands of other extended family members of theirs as well. We witness many more adults coming to Jesus as Lord and Savior as well as baptisms at the churches which partner along with you to hold these GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding programs. Another reason why we are also so thankful for you.
In November, one person decided to join our GFOM Sponsor-A-Child program. So, praise the Lord, one of the over 330 children at our Feeding Programs is being sponsored. Praise the Lord!
During December, all 8 GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs celebrated Jesus as the reason for Christmas. Two of the feeding programs received donated stuffed animal toys as gifts for distribution, while the other 6 programs that had already received such toys in the past, had extra food for Christmas parties. They all had a wonderful time thanks to you who also donated to let the children experience and learn more about Jesusâs birth and the reason God sent His only Son for a way for each to be reconciled to and through Him.
In case you do not have access to our weekly photos on social media, I have included a few photos of the Christmas events for you in this monthâs newsletter. As a reminder, please remember that you can see many more photos on our GFOM Facebook and Twitter pages, or simply see this newsletter on our Beaheronow.net website.
As 2024 continues, so do our prayers not only for you, but also for the Lordâs direction as to where we should go next. We may open at least one more GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Program, but will wait of the Lordâs direction. As always, everything we do is totally and completely through and by faith. Hopefully sometime this year, we will add a few more board members as well. We also continue to pray about that and are asking that you also please pray about that as well for us.
Finally, and always, we want to once again tell you how very, very appreciative we are of you who have donated to help these poor and malnourished children. We are grateful to the Lord for you to continue to send your love gifts throughout 2024. Thank you!
If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you

Hello to all our wonderful friends of GFOM, worldwide!
We pray that the Lord is helping and blessing you daily and that He is always present in your life!
Here it is the first day of December 2023 and I have the honor and privilege each and every month to give you a report of what we were able to accomplish by Godâs grace and also through your loving financial donations coupled with prayers.
First, let me say thank you so very much for your faithfulness to help the over 330 poor children at our 8 Global Family outreach Ministry Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs. You are a HUGE blessing and a help because your financial support not only plant seeds of Christ Jesus in each child, but also their parents, grandparents, siblings and even their neighbors. Many of these children when they return home from attending one of our feeding programs, share not only regarding all the food they ate, but also share with their family members the new Bible lessons and Scriptures that they have learned. The very hearts and as well, their minds are transformed to be Christlike. THAT has a huge impact and even a curiosity about their own relationship with God. Your donations do all that and we are eternally grateful to you!
I want to give you an update regarding the Christmas events planned for all the children coming up. During the end of November, we were alerted that all 4 balikbayan boxes filled with stuffed animal toys as gifts for the poor children at both our GFOM Mindanao and also our Aklan site are currently on the way aboard ship and should arrive there shortly. Regarding our other six GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs in Negros, we sent several hundred dollars for gifts for the 275 children. Its not much, and only one person made a specific donation for the children to receive gifts there, but we managed to squeeze out some funds to add to it. We will receive photos of the toys and gift give away. We will post them on both our GFOM Facebook, and Twitter accounts. In the December monthly newsletter, I will also provide some photos as well ?
As for Global Family Outreach Ministry in 2024 and what the Lord has for us? Iâm not sure but we continue to ask the Lord according to His will. The Lord seems to be putting us in the hold pattern for any expansion of any new Feeding Programs for now, but for me personally, it seems the Lord is ready to elevate me in the area of overseeing some other ministries. I will certainly keep you updated as these will definitely have a bigger and helpful impact upon GFOM ?
We have no update from the husband-and-wife team that I had mentioned in last monthâs newsletter. They will most likely remain in prayer until the Lord gives them an answer. We too will remain in prayer regarding joining the GFOM board.
Finally, and always, we want to once again tell you how very, very appreciative we are of you who have donated to help these poor and malnourished children. We are grateful to the Lord for you. Thank you!
If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you

Greetings in Jesusâ name to you!
Praise the Lord for everything that we report to you this month.
We wish we could say that everything was operational like a well-oiled machine during October as some would say, but not everything during last month went as smoothly as we would like. A few weeks ago, there were some torrential rains in Aklan and not every child was able to get to our Feeding program that day. Thank Jesus however, Pastor Jeffrey stated that he was able to feed and instruct the children as he and his wife usually does and the following week, all the usual children were in attendance.
An update regarding the 4 boxes filled with toy stuffed animal toys as Christmas gifts for the children at our feeding programs in Aklan, as well as Mindanao⌠looks like they will arrive sometime between mid-to-end of November. We gave specific instructions to both Pastora Nancy and Pastor Jeffrey to distribute those toys after their meal and Bible lesson sometime in December. Thank you once again to our dear GFOM supporter in Poland for paying for all four boxes to get to both our Feeding Programs, one in Aklan, and the other in Mindanao. Thank you as well for all of you who have been praying all along for those toys to arrive safely to the poor children that we serve. As to the children on Negros Island where we have 6 Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs. We are still asking for donations to purchase them all a small gift. If you could please prayerfully consider donating, we would appreciate it! ?
I am pleased to report that all 8 GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs are fully operational and Jorlyn and I continue seeking the Lord for what He would have us do regarding any further ministry activities during 2024. Personally, I see the world as falling further away from Jesus, rather than closer and is the root issue of why we see so many problems around the world. That being true in my estimation, I would like to see at least one more Feeding Program added during 2024 so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ could reach more people. Jorlyn and I know that adding another Feeding Program will be quite a challenge, but just like all the other Feeding Programs that the Lord had us establish, they will be added entirely by faith, and not by sight.
Recently Jorlyn and I asked a husband-and-wife team to join our ministry board. We both feel that we need extra support and âears to hearâ from the Lord. Both are well acquainted with non-for-profit charities and their operations. Best of all, they are both Bible-believing, Born-Again Christians. They have not yet committed, as we also have asked them to please spend time in prayer, asking if the Lord would have them to accept.
Jorlyn and I are looking forward to seeing more and more children and their families, not only in the Philippines, but around the world come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We share the Gospel locally, as well as globally. We have a very small Bible study in our home with a few attending besides ourselves. We know the entire world desperately needs Jesus right now, so we are also praying the Lord to give us a building to start a local church. We donât have the resources to do that, but He does ?
Finally, We want to once again tell you how very, very appreciative we are of you who have donated to help these poor and malnourished children. We are grateful to the Lord for you. Thank you!
If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you

Greetings to everyone in the Name of Jesus, blessings to you!
We have wonderful news for you to report for last monthâs ministry activities!
Not only seven of our GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs are fully operational but by Godâs grace, during September, we opened our new and 8th Feeding program in Aklan, Philippines. The balikbayan boxes filled with donated food items and used clothes were first given out at an evangelistic outreach where over 40 adults and children came to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. So, for the month, we had two full weeks filled with over 30 children attending each week. Please see the photos attached.
Additionally, we were able to ship 4 boxes filled with toy stuffed animal toys as Christmas gifts for the children at our feeding programs in Aklan, as well as Mindanao. In the past, we have shipped these same toys to the 6 GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding programs on Negros, so we will not ship there again. However, beginning this month, we are asking that you would please donate to our Christmas fund for those 275 children there on negros Island. When giving your love gift to help, please identify that it is for the âChristmas gift fund.â Thank you so very much.
Jorlyn and I are grateful to you very much to each who give. Currently, and by Godâs grace we have enough for this monthâs (October) feeding programs. We are however engaging in accepting donations for November. The goal every month is a minimum of $460 each and every month. Please remember, sometimes there are 5 weeks of feeding programs, not only 4. It is not only food that we must purchase, but also fuel such as propane or charcoal for the cooking of the food. We also supplement travel for the teachers who volunteer from their local churches to teach Bible lessons for the kids.
By now, the Lord would usually be giving us a yearly direction for the following year, which would be 2024. I and the GFOM board members are still in prayer and do not as of yet know what further direction we should take other than continue with our 8 Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs and wait on Him. When we get the go-ahead to enter further ministry projects, we will certainly let you know asap ?
Finally, We want to once again tell you how very, very appreciative we are of you who have donated to help these poor and malnourished children. We are grateful to the Lord for you. Thank you!
If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you

Greetings to all our family and friends of Global Family Outreach Ministry,
Blessings to you! For all our new friends of the ministry, below is our report for the month of August, 2023 in regards to Global Family Outreach Ministry and all that we do, and what has been occurring.
Praise the Lord, all seven of our GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs are fully operational. On our Negros Island feeding programs, there was a recent hurricane and some serious flooding in the area. We are still accessing to see if we can operate all our feeding programs the first Saturday in September. Lord willing, we will. Jorlyn and I really appreciate your prayers regarding this important issue.
As some of you know, we are preparing to begin our 8th GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Program in the coming months. We have been blessed to have enough thus far to begin feeding in September which is actually one month earlier than what we expected. As I shared in last monthâs newsletter, we had a late start sending the 5 balikbayan boxes with donated used clothes and food items for the evangelism event to kick off that feeding program. The good news is, just two days ago, the boxes arrived in the Port of Manila, Philippines. It will take time to process all the boxes through Customs, but are hopeful to see the boxes arrive in Aklan in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
Regarding our monthly donations and as always, Jorlyn and I say thank you very much to each who give. Currently, we have no money to purchase the cooking and feeding utensils for our 8th feeding program. Additionally, we have 4 boxes of stuffed animal toys we wish to send to the 7th and 8th feeding programs. Those children have not experienced those gifts as we have already sent in the past to our first 6 GFOM feeding programs. If you would please not only prayerfully consider helping, but also please pray daily for the over 300 children that we already feed and provide Bible study, and for the additional 25-30 children for our upcoming 8th program.
We are doing all we can on our end to not only be a blessing to the poor children and their families in the Philippines, we are also doing the same for everyone around the world, including someone you may know. The days are getting shorter before Christ returns for His people. Jorlyn and I wish to be as big of a blessing and help to others as we can. Something we have been doing for years now and have no plans to ever stop.
Finally, If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Greetings family and friends of Global Family Outreach Ministry,
We pray that the Lord is blessing you and our monthly newsletter brings joy to your heart ?
Below is our report for the month of July, 2023 in regards to Global Family Outreach Ministry and all that we do, and what has been occurring. This of course, includes not only children fed through all your love gifts but progress in the future for what the Lord would have us to provide and take on, also for the future.
First, Jorlyn and I wish to thank you for your outpouring of love, prayers and support regarding all the different ministries and work we are involved with. There are times we can earnestly feel your prayers for us as we labor for the Lord Jesus Christ, especially in regards to the 7 GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs on both Negros Island as well as on Mindanao. When I am also on occasion providing counseling or therapy for others in need, or aiding pastors in rescue of sex trafficked kids, I know that some of you are praying for those whom I serve and help as well. Thank You!
As some of you know, we are preparing to begin our 8th GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Program in the coming months. We got a later start than what we wanted including sending the 5 balikbayan boxes with donated used clothes and food items for the evangelism event to kick off that feeding program. By Godâs grace however, the 5 boxes were picked up at the end of June, but sat aboard ship for 2 weeks before leaving port. A little frustrating for us, but we are trusting the Lord to expedite everything so we can start the 8th feeding program on time.
Locally, Jorlyn and I have begun a Bible-study group in our home. We are always quite busy here, but we are aware that God wants us to take the time to share the Gospel and teach those whom do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior. It is equally the same with prayer time for us. No matter how busy we are, we always take time to pray before we become too busy for the day. I am sure many of you do the same ?
Regarding our monthly donations, Jorlyn and I say thank you to each who give. Currently, we are getting by every month. There have been a few months we did not have enough, but we made some adjustments. You though who have been giving. have helped over 300 children fed at our GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding programs not only eat food, but also receive Bible teachings as well. What true help and blessing you are! Thank the Lord for you!!!!

June 2023 Global Family Outreach Ministry Monthly Newsletter
Praise the Lord, time for another monthly update from us, to you.
Jorlyn and I send our warmest greeting and prayers for you and trusting the Lord Jesus Christ that He is helping you with every need. Below is our report for the month of June, 2023 in regards to Global Family Outreach Ministry and all that we do and what has been occurring. This of course, includes not only children fed through all your love gifts but progress in the future for what the Lord would have us to provide and take on for the future.
First, Jorlyn returned from the Philippines on June 2nd. While there, she was able to inspect all the 7 GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Programs on both Negros Island as well as on Mindanao. Jorlyn had taken a series of flights, buses and van rides to get from feeding program, to feeding program. All the reports and inspections went well and the children welcomed her visit as did all the volunteer Bible teachers for the kids. Jorlyn also was able to provide an evangelism event in a local church where 25 adults and children came to Christ. Afterwards, she distributed some canned and dried foods as well as used clothing for the poor that attended. This was all possible because of your prayers and financial support. Thank you so very much!
The local pastor of the church where the evangelism event was held, Pastor Jeffrey, described how the next barangay to the church is an extremely poor area. The name of this barangay(town) is called, âFatmaâ and Pastor Jeffrey asked us to prayerfully consider starting our 8th GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding Program there. When Jorlyn arrived home here in the U.S, we took a day and prayed about this and although we do not have any funds to somehow see an 8th feeding program start, we agreed to do so as we believe this is what the Lord would have us provide. Everything for us and what we do is entirely by faith. In fact, Jorlyn and I look at our own personal situation, economically, physically and more, and we see the Lordâs hand in our lives. It is only by His provision and the love of His people that we are able to no longer live out of a car as we did shortly after arriving here in Florida 11 years-ago. God is good and so are all the beautiful people that have, and continue to bless us so that we may bless others.
Also during the month of June, we gathered enough food and used clothing to send 5 large balikbayan boxes for Pastor Jeffrey to first hold an evangelism event. Praise the Lord, someone sent enough funds to send 3. We are praying and asking for the Lord to help us with our goal of needing $100 more to send the remaining 2 boxes. Perhaps you, or others you know would please prayerfully consider helping. Also, we almost made it for our June goal of minimally needing $400 every month to feed the children. We only need $18 more.
Please know, if you donated financially to help the children eat food, and also gave to help send three boxes loaded with donated food and used clothes for the evangelism event where those 25 adults and children came to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, praise the Lord for you. You helped, and put feet to your prayers to see miracles happen! Heaven is rejoicing because of your blessings and the souls who now know Jesus through a personal relationship.
Finally, If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Greetings đ and God bless you,
Jorlyn and I are praying that you are well. Itâs been a difficult time for us as Jorlyn has been in the Philippines these past three weeks. Being physically separated for this length of time can be a bit frustrating, but itâs for the Lord. He knows, and thanks to Him, we communicate everyday while she is away đ . She is currently packed and ready to fly back to the U.S tomorrow morning. Although far away, we also havenât forgotten to pray for you as well!
Jorlynâs flight will arrive this weekend and once she has rested a few days, we will go over documented information that she has gathered from visiting our GFOM Feeding Programs and the wonderful, God-filled evangelism event she also held there. We promise to continue praying about where and when to begin our 8th feeding program when we do go over that information. Looking at a new feeding program right now if only viewed in the natural, would seem impossible, but with Godâs and your help, anything is possible for His glory. Jorlyn shared with me that perhaps she may have that new area already in her heart. If the Lord opens that door, like other new GFOM Feeding Programs that we have already opened, we will send used clothes and donated food items for a new evangelistic outreach, first. Presently, we have 6 or 7 balikbayan boxes available and filled with clothes and nonperishable food to send.
If you have been following us on social media, you have already viewed photos from Jorlynâs ministry-work in the Philippines. I have placed a few of the photos on this monthâs newsletter, but please know there are many more photos available on both Facebook and Twitter where we have GFOM pages.
For those of you who not only donate financially to help the children eat food, but gave to help send three boxes loaded with donated food and used clothes for the evangelism event, praise the Lord, initial numbers of those who came to Christ were over 20 persons! I wish I could have personally attended and accompanied Jorlyn on this important trip, but finances and other circumstances prevented me from travelling with her. Perhaps someday soon, the Lord will open that door. I too love to share Jesus with others. Jorlyn and I make a great team for the Lord đ
Finally, If you have never, or havenât in some time sent a love gift to bless the children and their families that we serve, please help and also indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Hello dear friends and family of GFOM,
Yes, its that time again ? Time for another monthly newsletter.
We want to say thank Jesus, and also thank you if you have been following us on Facebook and or, Twitter. We post the most photos of the children and people we serve on Facebook as they have the ability to share more than 4 photos. If you are following us there, you see many happy faces of the children that you help! These beautiful children continue their weekly Bible study and of course, hot and fresh food because of your financial giving!
Here is an update regarding the 3 balikbayan boxes that were shipped last January to the Philippines for Jorlynâs evangelistic event and mission trip to the Philippines later this month (May). Praise the Lord, the boxes have arrived and are awaiting her arrival where she will organize each food item into smaller bags to be handed out after the event. Also, Jorlyn has her flight tickets ready so she can inspect the 7 GFOM Feeding programs. No doubt she will be busy also handing out many salvation tracts everywhere in-between as well. Please pray for her as she has multiple flights, bus rides and other modes of transportation necessary to get from place to place.
April certainly was a busy month not only of preparation and prayer, but coordinating all 7 GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding programs as well. Jorlyn and I continue to pray regarding opening an 8th program by the end of 2023. That is going to take a lot of faith on our part, and everyone who prays with, and for us. We know that for some, money may be tight, but we also are aware that what looks impossible with our own natural sight, God can do abundantly much more!
Finally, when sending your love gift, please indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve.

Greetings in Jesus Name! Jorlyn, I and our all our volunteers hope and pray that you are well.
Here is our monthly report for all our wonderful supporters of Global Family Outreach Ministry:
We were blessed to have several new supporters send love-gifts to help with our seven GFOM Poor Childrenâs Feeding programs during the month of March. If that was you, Thank you and welcome!
As I mentioned in last few monthâs newsletters, you may have questions for us, and I always encourage you to ask us whatever may be on your mind and heart. Please also feel free to send Jorlyn and I your prayer requests, Paul@gfom.org
Please be aware that because of the price of food exploding in the Philippines, we had to almost double the amount we send for our 7 feeding programs. This has caused an increased strain on our already previously need for financial donations.
For all of you interested in staying updated regarding Jorlynâs mission trip to the Philippines this coming month of May where she will inspect the 7 GFOM Feeding programs and hold an evangelism event, The 3 balikbayan boxes sent with donated food has reached the Port of Singapore and hopefully reach manila in the next several weeks. I apologize for repeating some of the following information from last monthâs newsletter, but not everyone opens their monthly updates from us, and we also have several new supporters ?âŚ
âWhile specifically at the feeding programs, Jorlyn will speak with the children we serve, interview the pastors and make an overall evaluation as to the effectiveness of each program. This is all necessary as Jorlyn and I know we are accountable to both, you and the Lord for every dollar spent. We want to be wise with every dollar and wish to see those dollars maximized, and not wasted. Our Feeding Programs have not been inspected since 2019, so we are well past due. Also, while in the Philippines, Jorlyn will be holding an evangelism event at a local church. Earlier this month, we sent 3 balikbayan boxes filled with canned foods and used clothing to handout to those in need at that event.â
Last Month, I spent some time with my 85-year-old neighbor. He has no family locally and I try to keep an eye out for him making sure he is safe and healthy. During our conversation, he shared with me quite a bit about the news that he has heard from around the world, especially all the negative news here in the U.S. He asked me a question that I also ask quite frequently ask when I am on social media. The questions being, âWhere is the Church.â With so many bad and awful things occurring, much like my neighbor, I often wonder why churches seem apathetic and are in hiding when the whole world is seemingly imploding. I want to assure you, Jorlyn and I are not apathetic or hiding what-so-ever. We are always doing everything and whatever, or however we can be a blessing to the poor children and their families in the Philippines, or are engaged in doing the same for everyone around the world, including yourself, or someone you may possibly know.
We have several prayer requests that line-up with some of that discussion I had with our neighbor. Would you please pray with us for the following:
Finally, when sending your love gift, please indicate where you want your donation to be placed. We have many programs to be a help and blessing to all whom we serve.
