Greetings all Family and Friends of Global Family Outreach Ministry,

We are blessed to share with you another monthly update regarding our Global Family Outreach Ministry Poor Children’s Feeding Program in Cebu, Philippines. Praise the Lord, beginning the very last Saturday in May, we became fully operational in our GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program once again after the children’s had off from school for several months. We are happy and blessed to report all the children have returned, plus a few new children as well!!

We are so grateful to the Lord and of course to all of you who have been faithful to make this occur. Without the Lord’s direction and your prayers as well as financial support, we could never see 40 plus children come to know Jesus Christ of the Bible in a practical way. Thank you and God bless all of you who have prayed plus give their love gifts to help these children.

We take our responsibility of feeding the children very seriously and we also know those of you who prayerfully support what we do, also take seeing these poor children physically and spiritually, very seriously.

We are in prayer that you will continue to partner with us to see many souls saved. We are always looking for additional ways to fund the ministry. We are looking for good folks to donate auto-vehicles such as well operating/running cars, motorcycles, trucks, vans, commercial vehicles and boats to Global Family Outreach Ministry so we can sell them to raise funds for the feeding of the children. April was our last month of feeding for two months as school is out and Summer time in the Philippines has begun. During these two months, we hope to gather more funds for our operation. Every month there is so much pressure on us to feed the children because of lack of funding. I really don’t like having to ask and beg for funds every month, but unfortunately that is the only way we receive any help at all to see these poor malnourished children get fed, both physically as well as spiritually.

We are pleased to share with you another monthly update regarding our Global Family Outreach Ministry Poor Children’s Feeding Program in Cebu. Praise the Lord, we have once again successfully physically and spiritually fed 40 children two times per month.

We are so grateful to the Lord and of course to those of you who have been faithful to make this happen. Without the Lord’s direction and your prayers as well as financial support, we could never realize the 40 children we all serve together, getting to know Jesus Christ of the Bible in a practical way. Thank you!

Our plan is of course to continue our feeding program in Cebu and we want to operate not only twice per month, but weekly. Malnourished children need to eat healthy meals daily and feeding these malnourished kids only twice a month is better than none at all but in reality, it’s only a dent in a very large problem of millions of malnourished children throughout the Philippines. We are doing what we can through whatever financial help you provide us.

Hello and Greetings Family and Friends of GFOM,

Welcome to 2018! A new year, a new race to see as many children come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in a practical way through both physical and spiritual food.

I am pleased to share with you that we had two successful feeding program operations in January. One program we had a record 43 children attend!

There is a real hunger in the Philippines, not only for physical food, but for the word of God as well! We are doing what we have been called by God Himself to do. Sharing the plan of salvation with every person we come in contact with, utilizing food to draw the physically malnourished to see the glory of Christ and that He really does care for them!

As I think of the literal thousands of Children and as well adults that we have shared Christ with and fed food to the last ten years in this wonderful ministry, I am excited to see how many thousands will be in Heaven because of the work that YOU and I partnered in all this time! Can you imagine the glorious crowns that the Bible speaks of for your financial giving to see so many souls in Heaven because of your partnering with Global Family Outreach Ministry? Wow! I get goose bumps just thinking about it.

We are well on our way my GFOM Family and Friends to another year filled with seeing God doing some glorious and miraculous things. We are expecting God not only to bless GFOM but you also in 2018 for all, both your prayers and your love gifts to see so many children and their family members come to Christ!

Greetings Friends and Family of GFOM,

We pray that you enjoyed your Christians and New Year holidays. While you all were celebrating these two holidays, we were busy caring for, feeding the poor children and sharing Jesus in a practical way to the children we all serve in the Philippines.

Some may ask why we never take a holiday, a day off or even a vacation from serving the poor, malnourished and the unsaved? Our answer is always the same, there are both children and adults dying without Christ in their hearts. That hungry child whose parents have no money for food, no-less Christmas gifts are starving. For us at GFOM, we know that there can not be an improvement in anyone’s life without Jesus Christ

We here at GFOM are not here to enable the poor to remain poor and, or raise a people or enable a nation of people of poor, to remain poor. We want to see everyone that is willing, come to Christ so that they too can live a blessed life in Christ.

We are looking forward to 2018. We are always looking for new ways to raise the funds we need to operate our GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program which unfortunately only operates twice per month because of lack of operating funding. We hope this will change with your continued financial support and also our newly added “Cars For Kids” vehicle donation program. Dear Family and Friends of Global Family Outreach Ministry,

Greetings and many blessings to you!

Welcome to the end of 2017 🙂 Here we are at the end of yet another year! We have experienced so very much here at the ministry during 2017. We’ve moved from one location to another in the Philippines, we’ve also laughed, we’ve cried and we have also and certainly labored to see every penny of your donations stretch to see as many hungry children as possible fed physically. All our labor and pain so to see these children we serve in order to have their hope in and through Jesus Christ. It’s been difficult, but it’s been well worth it.

If you’ve ever been hungry, hurt, lonely, missed your family, then you know what the daily life is like for may of the children that we serve. At times, you know a life like that can be very hard and difficult. Global Family Outreach Ministry has over that last 9 years been a ministry of hope, last and desperate hope for many children who have live in bamboo huts, on the streets, or in very poorly constructed concrete homes, all usually with no electricity. We here in the West probably could never imagine a life eating one meal, every other day and having no electricity, but that is the life of many of the children we serve.

We are so blessed to have labored during 2017 and in all years operate to see children come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We are equally blessed to have those of you who regualary give your love gifts and co labor with us. You are truly incredible! Thank you so very much for your love!

We look forward to co-laboring with you in 2018, and as well, and by the way, 2018 will be our ten-year anniversary of operation. We will soon be accepting good and used vehicles on our GFOM Donation Page. Greetings Family and Friends of GFOM,

How Great and awesome is God!

We love to give you our monthly updates via our ministry newsletters, and are especially excited to give you this month’s update 🙂

In October, the Vice-Director of Global Family Outreach Ministry, Jorlyn Waldmiller flew to the Philippines to inspect our newly operational GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program in Cebu. What a wonderful report Jorlyn gives for her time sharing the love of Jesus Christ in a practical way to the poor and malnourished children at our Feeding Program there. During her time there, Jorlyn was also able to meet with many of the parent’s of these hungry children and encourage them. We are hopeful that more trips will be made available for us to go and visit our GFOM Feeding Program. It is important to us to have total accountability with those participating and operating in partnership with GFOM in the Philippines. The Pastors operating the GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program in Cebu have agreed to be accountable with us.

While in the Philippines, Jorlyn was also able to share our Global Family Outreach Ministry Program vision with those at the Victory Church in Antipolo, Philippines. While sharing our vision, Jorlyn encouraged the saints in attendance. We are grateful for God’s opportunity for Jorlyn to travel to the Philippines for this work and are hopeful that many either came to Christ, and or were encouraged in Him.

While 2017 is now coming to an end in a few months, we are already looking forward to 2018. There is so much work that needs to be done! We would love to feed our 40 children four times per month rather than only twice per month as is all we can currently-financially afford. The giving to GFOM is way, way down. Greetings family and friends of GFOM

We want to give you an update on our progress reestablishing a new GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program in Cebu, Philippines. We did not send out a July Newsletter because most of the activities we were undertaking and engaged in at the time were entirely given to logistics there in Cebu. For those unfamiliar with how many things operate in the Philippines, they are often event oriented, not time oriented as they are in the West. For that reason we had to communicate with a lot with pastors at the church we will be holding our feeding program at, and give them a good understanding of what we will and will not be doing.

This is what we know so far;

-We will begin operation of the GFOM Feeding Program there in Cebu starting in September, 2017.

-The amount of financial giving each month is no where near the amount where we could have a weekly feeding program, so we have offered to a local church in Cebu to feed the children twice per month. Twice monthly for feeding children is not at all very much, especially considering many of the children are malnourished but once again, we must go by the amount of financial giving that we are receiving, which is not very much at all.

-The GFPM Poor Children;s Program will operate as all others, 30 minutes of Bible Study followed by a meal.

-Children will be strictly monitored for attendance and timeliness to the program.

-40 children will be selected by the local church as to which will be allowed into the GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program.

-We will offer the GFOM Adopt-A-Child Program to those in the West who are interested.

That is what we have thus far. Again, everything is contingent upon your monthly love gifts. Global Family Outreach Ministry is an entirely, 100% volunteer, IRS approved, 501c3 tax exempt charity. No one receives a salary so every penny of your donations go to the children in our program.

Global Family Outreach Ministry Monthly Newsletter for June, 2017

Praise the Lord for you and all who we serve together in Christ Jesus!

We are reaching out to all our Family and Friends of Global Family Outreach Ministry and giving our monthly update. For those who did not read last month’s newsletter, I will give a short update here. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the Pastor’s who was overseeing our GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program. It came to us that we found out this person who claims to be a “Pastor” was not being honest with us so we terminated our work with him and his “church.”

Since we closed our Poor Children’s Feeding Program in Manila, we went to prayer to see just what the Lord wanted us to do. We love serving the Lord and we already know that there will always be opposition from people who hate Jesus and who are not true Christians but know God has a call on us to remain active in His ministry work. We also are well aware of those who would taint God’s word and His work as well, so through our prayers, we believe we heard from God, that we should just to stay faithful and look for another Pastor to work with to see souls saved, but implement even more stringent accountability rules in place so we don’t have such a problem like that again.

God is so good to us as we already have a relationship with a Christian Couple here in the States from the Philippines. We have seen their walk with Christ and they are connected to a Bible believing Church in Cebu. After much prayer and discussion with this couple as well as Pastors from their home church in Cebu, we are believing God is directing us to open our new GFOM Poor Children’s Feeding Program there. We are still working out the details and in all honesty, moving our relationship with the pastors in Cebu very slowly and patiently. We are doing so purposely so that we do not end-up in the same or similar problem that we had with that fake Pastor in Manila.

We ask that you would please pray for us and Global Family Outreach Ministry, We have a huge responsibility to get on with the Lord’s work. When we read the Bible, we know that there will always be those who oppose God or are fraudulent in their reasons to be involved in the ministry., but we want to as much as possible avoid those who act in such manner. It is after all, our desire to remain pure in doing God’s work and that means our partners like you will reap a bountiful harvest of souls and rewards in Heaven.
